4:20 Hamburg was launched in 2025 as a new trade fair and festival for professional and private visitors focused on cannabis. The venue was the Hamburg Messezentrum. The 2025 edition took place from May 23-25.

Date for 2026 not yet officially confirmed. As of April 2026. The official website is under reconstruction. According to unconfirmed reports, a continuation is planned for May 2026, but confirmed dates and location are still pending.
