GreenTech is the world's leading trade fair for horticulture technology and takes place from June 9–11, 2026 at RAI Amsterdam. For three days, the focus is on high-tech greenhouse cultivation: lighting, climate control, irrigation, substrates, plant breeding, automation, and data management. For several years now, cannabis cultivation has been a permanent part of the program — both on the exhibition floor and in dedicated conference tracks.
For medical cannabis producers and start-ups, GreenTech is particularly valuable because many of the technologies that make Dutch paprika and tomato cultivation efficient can be directly applied to cannabis cultivation. The program includes expert presentations on GMP-compliant production, LED lighting strategies, climate control, and sustainability. Exhibitors from the Netherlands, Israel, Denmark, and North America present solutions that are compatible with European standards.
