ExpoCannabis Brasil 2026 enters its fourth edition from November 20–22, 2026 and once again takes place at the Sao Paulo Expo fairgrounds in the south of the Brazilian metropolis. The organizers from CannExp expect over 45,000 trade visitors and end consumers from more than 14 countries, positioning the fair as Latin America's largest cannabis event in terms of audience reach.
The fair covers the entire value chain: medical cannabis, industrial hemp, cultivation, research, investments, and technology and supply chain. Companies present genetics, extracts, production equipment, analytics, packaging, and consumption accessories. In parallel, congresses run with physicians, lawyers, researchers, and industry players from cultivation and trade, discussing the regulatory changes in Brazil.
Brazil is considered one of the most dynamic growth markets for medical cannabis: Anvisa has continuously increased approval numbers in recent years, while courts and patient associations are expanding the legal framework. ExpoCannabis Brasil serves as an important bridge between the regulated healthcare sector and the growing hemp industry.
Sao Paulo Expo is located directly on the Autobahn dos Imigrantes and is accessible by metro. Tickets are sold via Sympla; a solidarity day pass is available in exchange for food donations.
