St. Paul US
CannaCon Midwest takes place on June 26 and 27, 2026 in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is the first major industry trade show in the state's young adult-use market. Minnesota decided on legalization in 2023 and has been building its retail network since the launch in 2024/25. The trade show thus serves simultaneously as a networking event and as a guide for founders who are just entering the market.
At the RiverCentre directly on the Mississippi River promenade, exhibitors present themselves from the areas of cultivation, packaging, POS systems, compliance, marketing and insurance. In parallel, expert presentations run on license categories, social equity programs and the specifics of the Upper Midwest market. CannaCon has established itself as a particularly cost-effective and accessible trade show that also appeals to smaller operators.
For German guests, St. Paul as the twin city of Minneapolis is an interesting travel destination with good European flight connections via MSP. If you want to experience a state that is just now emancipating itself from alcohol and pharmaceutical lobbies and where all the system's mistakes can still be corrected, you'll see a market in live development here. Status: April 2026.
